What is your return policy?
We accept returns up until 7 days of the item purchase date. All returned items must be in complete sealed unopened, untampered condition. Upon receipt of your returned items they will be inspected for condition, if passed a refund will be given minus a restocking fee.
Do you offer gift cards?
We sure do! you can grab them from our shop. We have various values available. All gift cards expire 4 years from purchase date.

Something went wrong with my order, what do I do?
If you have any issues with your order send an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your issue and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP and remedy the problem.
How do I return an item?
To return/refund/exchange an item, send an email to email@example.com stating the item in question and the issue. upon assessment if accepted you will need to send back the item for an internal assessment to ensure the product is in brand-new unopened, untampered condition.
If you are located within Australia/New Zealand you may be sent a shipping label for you to attach to the item depending on its size.
If you are located overseas, you will need to properly protect, pack and send the item to the return address we will give you.
Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded unless this has been agreed upon (case by case).
Do you have a standing store?
No, At this point we are online only, but we do offer a pick up option.
Do you have a pick up option?
Yes! We offer a pick up option at checkout. Pick up location is in front of Coles in Toowong Shopping Centre. Pick up is free of charge.
