All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the order
Your order will be sent via Australia Post/Star Track postage services for shipment of all of our orders. Customers should expect to receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking number once the items have been shipped. All prices are in AUD$

International Shipping can take up to 30 business days to arrive at the destination.
COVID-19 is causing a high impact with our shipping services currently. Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return/replacement policy for faulty or damaged goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
